Alongside is a digital journaling and tracking application designed to support pregnancy, postpartum, and general wellbeing. The app provides tools for reflection, tracking, and optional data export.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Alongside. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

User content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload, including journal entries, photos, audio recordings, and notes.

By using Alongside, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely to operate and provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful, accurate, and appropriate.

Journal downloads and exports

Alongside allows you to download or export selected journal content for personal use.

Once content is exported, you are responsible for its storage, security, and handling. We are not responsible for loss, unauthorised access, or misuse of exported data.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use the app for unlawful purposes
  • Upload content that is harmful, abusive, or offensive
  • Attempt to access systems or data not intended for you
  • Interfere with the app’s security, availability, or functionality

Availability and changes
